Technology a word that defies a one object transformed into amazing,seemless and useful object......Look at this post card, as you can see to the picture you can say that we visited the Baguio City and there we had picture taking but definitely,precisely,absolutely and obviously its not........This is the result of High Technology known as "PHOTOSHOP."

Photoshop enables us to edit pictures and seems to be true...........See? how Technology affects our lives..........well-well what are you waiting for???????

To Have A Good Bad Day

You made sure to:

1.) Exercise

- Exercise is a key element to managing my moods. It calms you and energizes you at the same time. Its rituals are comforting. It’s productive but not intellectually or socially demanding. Also, exercise is so obviously a key to good health that if you manage to exercise, you feel like you’re doing something worthwhile in you’re day, no matter what else happens.

2.) Do something nice for someone else.

- The first part of the Second Splendid Truth is “One of the best ways to make you happy is to make other people happy” (also known as the “Do good, feel good” provision).Make a good thing that will make your friend happy and at the same time you help her/him you are also happy to see someone happy because of you.

3.) Stop ruminating.

- Your inclination was to go over and over the detail of the upsetting episode and to conduct imaginary arguments. Instead, you tried to keep you’re resolution to find an area of refuge. Studies show that dwelling on negative thoughts amplifies their power in your mind. In fact, some researchers suggest that a reason that more women suffer depression than men is that women are more likely to “over think,” while men are better at distracting themselves from negative thoughts.

4.) Connect with someone important to you.

- You need to call someone to keep you more comfortable.

5.) Tackle a nagging task.

- Crossing things off a to-do list is energizing and cheering. You took the time to clear you’re desk – not just physically removing piles of papers, but also doing the tasks that the papers represented. Copying research notes from various sources, making a dentist’s appointment, and making progress on you’re blog re-design gave you a feeling of control and accomplishment.

6.) Do something silly and light-hearted with your friends.

-Go out with your friends. You could go to a mall or just do silly things to make you happy when you are having a bad day.

7.) Act the way you want to feel.

-Research shows that although we think that we act because of the way we feel, in fact, we often feel because of the way we act. You get worked up very easily, but you tried to act cheerful instead of allowing yourself to get agitated, wring my hands, etc.

8). Go to sleep early.

- It’s true, everything does look better in the morning. Also, the longer you work on you’re happiness project, the more importance you give to sleep. Getting enough sleep just makes a tremendous difference to happiness.

Movie

Movie?I asked myself how can we make a movie..............

I thought that because we don't have experienced on how to be an artists who acts in camera.At first we find it difficult it just because we cant concentrate in being serious in acting and especially other of the members even our leader didn't participate well in making this movie..Mr. Alima gave it one month ago and we didn't able to finish it..

There is a time when all of us in group 2 get angry to our leader because she didn't do her job as a leader....If Mr. Alima didn't told us that the deadline of the movie will be on October 12,we cant finished our movie.We need to overtime because the movie will serves us our project and our periodical test in 2nd grading...We don't deny that we are irresponsible students............

At last,yeahey!!!!!!!we finished our movie although it take time to finish this project and caused controversy and had an argument to other teachers who get angry to Mr. Alima because of us....Ive thank the Lord for helping us to finished our project and eventhough we are irresponsible still Mr. Alima forgive us in what we did...Ive also enjoy and have fun in our tapings and our mistakes in acting remember "practice makes perfect..."

How to be a LRC student

First, when I take the entrance exam I found out that the questions are very tough and hard to understand what you've need is analyze the problem the proproblem patiencely to be able to answer the questions. I didn't expect that I passed the entrance exam because I didn;t able to join the summer class last April nor reviewing my notes because I am lacking out of time. I am very happy that i am now part of Jacinto P. Elpa National High School. There's a time that I thought "Why I studied here in JPENHS?" what I want is to study without limitations like you need to maintain 85 to be able to maintain studying in JPENHS under the Special Science Curriculum or else you will be throwing away like a trash. There are many tough activities to be performed. Sometimes I want to say "I want to give up" but despite of tears,sorrows and pain that was given to me, I exprienced to have classmates,A true classmates who really defines me the true meaning of "Friendship". You need to strive hard to get tour goal. Just remember patience and kindness in everything we do. Just study hard and commit your mistakes to God by our mistakes we learn so that when we will encounter those things we should be aware of it.

My Ambition In Life

Each of us had our own dreams to reach and to be an inspirations. I am just Kathleen Wyeth L. Espinoza,a 12-year old girl living in Navales Street,Bag-ong Lungsod,Tandag,Surigao del Sur. I am just an ordinary girl dreaming and hoping to be an accountant someday. When I was young I dreamed to be a nurse to cure and help people who need my service even if they don't have money but I doubt because i am afraid of blood and wounds of others. My father expecting that someday I will be taking the course of doctor to help him when he grow older. In my heart and in my brain I really don't want those courses anyway there are many ways to help people without taking those courses. What I want is to be an accountant someday maybe I like this courses because I am enjoy playing and acting like an investor who sells things and interesting objects and computing the intering and outering of the money like in true business. My brother said"yo know when i've got a store I will hire you as my personal accountant." I laughed to my brother because I think he is just joking but I think that's a good idea but what are the steps to do to reach my dreams? My brother said"if you are only interested you should find ways how to reach your dreams but dreams are not enough to reach it you should act and study hard to get your goal." I realized what my brother said and came to my mind that i need to strive hard to get it and i need to study hard to reach it. What my plan is to be employed as an accountant, to help my parents in financial problems, to help needy people who need love and caring and specially to God whose my inspirations and guide to reach the correct path as a change I will help people to build the house of the lord. For my parents who really showed me the true meaning of love,no one thing's could change my love for you.

LA CHIKITAS DE FAMILIAS ESPINOZA

We are the Espinoza's Family.My father is Mr. Nemesio B. Espinoza,he is 54 years old and he is a policeman. My mother is Mrs. Jesusa L. Espinoza,she is 49 years old. I am the 5th children of my parents.I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters. They are Ate Jenifer,Kuya Ferdinand,Ate Sharon,and Kuya Rodion.We have each own story but still standing despite the problems that we have encountered.Ate Jenifer, our eldest sister she is now in Singapore. She is a physical therapist in the home of disabled.My Kuya Ferdinand is now in Manila,taking the course of nursing.My Ate Sharon is now in Riyadh.She is a Medtech and flew last May 17,2009. My Kuya Rodion is studying Cagayan at Xavier University taking the course of Business Management.

Our life is very difficult especially when my brothers and sisters are studying in college. Those time that we are suffered from financial crisis and sometimes my mother and father are always quarreling but because of our determination we will able to reach our own dreams. Now we are facing our family problems together. But actually what is our story?
It was so very terrible and embarassing moments that our family will be broken but it was already 11 years ago here in Tandag.n My father assigned in tandag and also my 2 brothers Kuya Rodion,Kuya Ferdinand and my ate sharon studied here in Saint Theresa. I dont know what's the whole story is, what i've just know is that my father is having an affair with another girl,for short mistress. I felt very shock and hatred of what my father did. You know i realized how my mother sacrificed for us despite of the problems that we've encountered. Imagine the mistress of my father paid the tuitions of my brothers instead of my mother. The mistress, has a thicker face than my mother. Imagine; my mother went to tandag to visit my father but the mistress of my father went to the station and said "Hon,what are you doing." My aunt and my mother went to tandag to spoke the girl but the girl said "Love,i don't care what i want is a man who will ready to support the financial needs of my children." But now, My father changed a lot, he acts like my father like he doesn't did when i was young. He works so hard to gave our needs . What i've know is when my parents decides to separate i will surely go with my mother. For all of my life my mother is a path what i've got this life. My father provides money for my needs but my mother gave love and she guides me to the path that is rigth. That's why i love her very much and no one things can change my love for my mother.
